In 1986, the world's first controlled-released polymeric HVAC condensate cleaner, Pan Guard, maintaining water drip pan collection pans clean and odor-free for 6 months without maintenance attention.
● In 1989, the first EPA registered polymeric continuous-release condensate pan anti-microbial, Algae Guard, with 32% active ingredients, the highest in its class.
● In 1991, the world's first controlled-released polymer to remove and continuously prevent scale deposition on evaporative cooling cell pads, Cooler Guard. Use of this product provides sustainability while reducing water consumption of the cooler by 50% or more.
● In 1992, the first low hazard continuous coil cleaner, First Strike Micro Coat, for HVAC systems.
● In 1997, the first easily-applied coating, Weatherproof Coil Shield, that performs for 4,000 hours in an accelerated weathering salt spray chamber that has saved users thousands of dollars in premature coil replacement due to salt-fog and industrial atmosphere corrosion.
● In 1998, the first comprehensive solution for rusted condensate pans - Pancrete. Pancrete refurbishes pans in place, and prevents early retirement of HVAC equipment.
● In 2003, the worlds first zero flame spread anti-microbial coating, Bioflex, approved by the EPA that has zero-flame spread and is breathable.
● In 2008, the worlds first GREEN timed-released polymer for HVAC condensate pans, continously working for 6 months without maintenance attention.
● In 2008, we modified First Strike Micro Coat to obtain the first GREEN HVAC continuous coil cleaner,improved First Strike Micro Coat, that keeps coils running efficiently by continuously keeping them clean.
● In 2008, CRT complete research and evaluation of T-84 and V-4138 for NFPA 90A rated duct materials.
